Overview
A Long-Form Asset for B2B Buyer Education
This document was created as a CX Today subscriber-exclusive download, and later became a downloadable resource on the Cyber Acoustics website and sales enablement tool for partners and prospects.
The goal was to present a metrics-based pitch for Agent Assist in a way that felt credible, modern, and easy to scan. The solution had to be positioned as both affordable and valuable for the customer in the long term.
Selected spreads showing how a dense Agent Assist story was organized across narrative copy, ROI data, tables, and supporting visuals.
My Role
Owning the visual system, layout, information hierarchy, and final production of a metrics-driven B2B document
I owned the full visual design and production of the PDF, translating supplied copy and rough content direction into a polished long-form marketing asset.
Working from a Word document written by the Director of Marketing, I designed the document structure, page layouts, table treatments, workflow diagram, image placement, and final export. My focus was on making a dense product story feel clear, credible, and easy to evaluate.
I designed the document structure and clickable table of contents so the PDF could work as both a linear read and a quick-reference sales resource.
Constraints
Turning technical product details, ROI data, and sales proof points into a scannable long-form document
The document needed to speak to several audiences at once, including BPO leaders, call center operations managers, CX leaders, IT decision-makers, procurement teams, sales prospects, and partners. It needed to support both deep reading and fast scanning, from full-document review to quick evaluation of ROI, technical details, and sales proof points.
Selected pages showing the range of content that needed to work together, from technical explanation and cost-savings data to customer proof points and sales messaging.
The biggest challenge was balancing dense copy, technical product information, cost-savings data, customer stories, and supporting imagery within a clean, readable format. I worked from a supplied Word document with page-separated copy and rough content direction, translating it into a cohesive visual system across the full PDF.
I utilized AI as part of my production workflow to accelerate table formatting and early data-visualization exploration, allowing more time for hierarchy, page pacing, refinement, and final production.
I used AI for early table and infographic exploration, then refined the final layouts around clearer hierarchy, spacing, and brand fit.
Execution
Design Approach
To make dense product and ROI content easier to scan, I used a restrained visual direction with clear hierarchy, recurring editorial patterns, and generous spacing. Tables, text callouts, icons, and photography created pauses in the layout, making dense information easier to scan and absorb.
I used Cyber Acoustics’ branded gray to frame tables and metrics, creating clear containers for cost savings, ROI estimates, and supporting proof points.
Illustrating the Proof Points
The primary use of this document was to help readers quickly understand the business case behind the Agent Assist solution. The product story relied on several proof points, including time saved, reduced IT support, lower hardware costs, fewer follow-up calls, and reduced reliance on recurring software subscriptions.
Detail pages showing how ROI data, comparison tables, and benefit-driven callouts were carried through the document without breaking the editorial system.
I designed the tables and comparison layouts to make those details easier to scan, compare, and understand at a glance. I gave these metrics clear visual containers so decision-makers could quickly identify the financial and operational value of the solution.
Outcomes
Extending a campaign asset into a reusable sales enablement resource
The final PDF gave Cyber Acoustics a polished, long-form asset that could support multiple marketing and sales needs. It was published through CX Today as an exclusive subscriber-access document, and then later became a downloadable resource on the Cyber Acoustics website after the CX Today contract ended.
The asset was also shared with partners and used by the sales team to support conversations around Agent Assist, giving the company a more formal and credible way to explain the solution’s value, cost savings, and operational benefits.
This project brought together editorial layout, brand application, visual hierarchy, technical information design, and production execution within a single long-form document. The result was a flexible sales and marketing resource that helped make a complex solution easier to understand, evaluate, and share.
Selected final pages showing the PDF as a cohesive sales enablement resource, from long-form explanation to scannable proof points and partner-ready content.
